RTM Ventures has selected the Indianapolis office of global commercial real estate services firm JLL as its national leasing partner, effective immediately. In addition, RTM has selected Fort Wayne-based The Zacher Company as its local / regional leasing partner.
The JLL and Zacher leasing teams will include real estate experts dedicated to identifying and engaging local, regional and national top-tier commercial and office prospects, working closely with Greater Fort Wayne, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation to support the region’s economic development strategy.
