The Gift of Spice Cooking Series with Holly Sutter & Plowshares — Part 4: The Art of Curry

In this class, you will learn to create a traditional Indian Curry built upon the spices used in the Garam Masala class. Learn the process of building a successful curry from scratch, with the spices and techniques traditional to India. In this class, you can expect to gain the skills to execute a delicious curry with tips on how to customize it at home. You will receive a base recipe sheet to take home, and the confidence to build a curry successfully from scratch.

This is a class from the 5-part series, The Gift of Spice, created by Functional Medicine Health Coach Holly Sutter, and hosted by Plowshares. This series is designed to educate and open our eyes to the range of everyday medicines in our kitchens. Spices contain powerful micronutrients called polyphenols. Polyphenols help us combat harmful free radicals, decreasing oxidative stress and inflammation. In this series, we will harness a range of spices available in our everyday lives to uplift, warm, and accentuate health.

Tickets are $50. Get 20% off when you register for all five classes with code: SeriesTickets — Register here!
