Celebrate the completion of the apartments amongst community supporters, leaders, and neighbors. Join us for a ribbon cutting with music, food and refreshments served.
The event will take place outside in the courtyard of The Elex Building (877 Lavina St), with indoor contingency if needed
This event celebrates the completion of The Elex Apartments, welcoming 296 new households to the neighborhood. Residents who are intentionally choosing to live steps away from dining, retail, and entertainment options.
