Cooking For Kidney Health by the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana
Do you have a hard time figuring out what you can eat that is kidney friendly and still tastes good? Does it feel like an impossible task?
Join us on the second Wednesday of the month from 1pm – 2pm at the Teaching Kitchen in the Union Street Market at Electric Works for our brand new program: “Cooking For Kidney Health!”
This monthly show will feature local chefs from area restaurants showing you how to make delicious, kidney friendly meals in your very own kitchen! As an added bonus, the first 30 adults ages 18 and over who attend the class will receive a FREE $25 Kroger gift card!
Where: The Teaching Kitchen inside Union Street Market at Electric Works
