Coming 2025
Electric Works will include a wide range of residential options for a diversity of households over multiple phases. Phase 2 brings the first residential opportunities to the Electric Works campus – The Elex. The development’s name comes from the Elex Club, an organization of GE-employed women founded on November 6, 1916, in Fort Wayne. It will feature 296 modern residential units, including 89 affordable units, 47 of which are for the 55+ crowd. The new community will include a 1,143-space parking garage, a fitness/wellness center, an early childhood learning center, and an additional 9,000 sq. ft. of ready-for-business commercial space.
