Join Discover Yoga on Alderdice Alley for a very special yoga experience!

Discover Yoga’s Silent Disco Yoga Flow is dynamic, with progressive movement that starts from the ground up. Everyone will be provided headphones to listen to a set of curated music + the teacher’s queues to help guide you through the practice. The volume is at your control.

Class is 75 minutes with (optional) dance breaks.
