The board of dirctors of ARCH, Inc. formally endorsed Electric Works in an editorial in the May 13 Fort Wayne Journal Gazette.

“We as a community have a choice: do we invest in ourselves with projects such as Electric Works? Or do we reject this project with its transformational impact and take the easy road by doing nothing, allowing that asset to continue to waste away for years to come?”

Tours will be hosted by members of the project development team, who will be available to answer questions and provide updates and important information about the project. Tours are free, open to the public and limited to a maximum of 25 people per tour; registrants are only required to review safety information and complete a liability waiver.

The development and growth this project will bring to the region is supported by the ELA mission statement to “create opportunities for action, growth and regional pride.”

In a 7-2 vote Tuesday, the Fort Wayne City Council approved a resolution to support exploration of public funding for the massive redevelopment of the former General Electric campus.
