As the tenant mix for Phase 1 (West Campus) has continued to take shape and evolve, so too has the overall building-use plan. With a robust and growing mix of commercial, innovation / co-working, educational and retail tenants planned for West Campus, there are no current plans to offer residential space for lease. Our plans for Phase 2 (East Campus) do, however, call for a diverse mix of residential spaces for lease.
