In this class\, Holly Sutter will talk about the compelling science of Fasting\, our two metabolisms\, and how to access these healing states. Holly Sutter is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach\, and is practicing for her fasting certification. The class will include the 6 different types of fasts\, and offer tastings of different versions of “fasted snacks”. When engaging in longer fasts\, using a fasted snack is a beneficial way to elongate a fast and stabilize blood glucose.
