Kids in the Kitchen is a hands-on cooking and nutrition class for kids hosted by Plowshares in the Market and Parkview Health. \nIn the class\, children will receive practical nutrition education on the MyPlate diagram\, kitchen safety\, and reading a recipe. Then\, students have an opportunity to follow a recipe and create their own masterpieces. Join Katie Fulk\, MA\, RDN\, LD\, Youth and Family Well-being Registered Dietitian for an engaging and delicious cooking class! \nRegistration: This class is free and open to the public (ages 3+ with parent or guardian)\, but registration is required. Register by Tuesday at 12pm prior to the Thursday class.
