Three days. One historic setting.
A brighter way to shop the season.
Electric Works invites makers, artists, designers, and independent brands to apply for the 2nd Annual Evergreen Holiday Artisan Faire, a three-day, ticketed holiday experience thoughtfully curated around exceptional handmade goods, beautiful presentation, and the spirit of the season.
Hosted inside the historic GE Club Gymnasium, Evergreen will transform one of Electric Works’ most storied spaces into an immersive holiday faire filled with artisan merchants, live music, festive food and drink, holiday décor, and seasonal details designed to make the entire experience feel special.
The GE Club has a long history of bringing people together and making seasons bright. This December, we’re excited to continue that tradition with the return of Evergreen.

- One 10′ x 10′ booth space
- Five complimentary event tickets to share with friends, family, or customers
- Complimentary merchant parking
- Bellhop-style load-in and load-out assistance
- Early load-in opportunities
- Event-wide marketing and promotion
- Printed Evergreen postcards for merchants to distribute and promote their participation
- Holiday décor and an immersive seasonal atmosphere throughout the venue
- Live music and entertainment
- Craft beer, cocktail, and wine bar available throughout the event
- A ticketed guest experience designed to encourage intentional shopping and extended time at the Faire
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Evergreen is a juried artisan faire, and the number of participating merchants will be intentionally limited.
We are seeking independent makers and brands offering distinctive, giftable products with a strong point of view and attention to craftsmanship.
Products should be made, designed, created, or meaningfully produced by the applying merchant. Resale, mass-produced merchandise, direct-sales products, and products purchased primarily for redistribution will not be considered.
Selection will be based on:
- Quality and originality of product
- Craftsmanship
- Overall brand and visual presentation
- Booth aesthetic
- Product photography
- Fit within the overall Evergreen merchant mix
- Variety across product categories
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
EVENT COMMITMENT
Evergreen is designed as a complete three-day experience. By accepting a space, merchants are committing to participate for the full duration of the event.
Booths must remain completely set and appropriately stocked through the official close of the Faire on Sunday.
Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.
Early load-in opportunities will be available prior to the event to make setup as convenient as possible. Specific load-in windows, parking instructions, and event-day logistics will be provided to accepted merchants.
BOOTH PRESENTATION
The visual experience of Evergreen is an important part of the event. Each merchant’s booth becomes part of the overall environment, and selected merchants will be expected to create a polished, welcoming presentation consistent with the Evergreen experience.
Booths should feel intentional and professionally merchandised. Displays, signage, table coverings, fixtures, packaging, and merchandising should complement the quality of the products being sold.
To maintain the overall Evergreen aesthetic:
- Storage totes, cardboard boxes, shipping containers, excess inventory, and personal belongings may not be visible to guests
- Inventory and supplies must be concealed beneath tables, behind displays, or otherwise incorporated discreetly into the booth
- Tables must be appropriately covered or incorporated into a finished display
- Signage should be professional and consistent with the merchant’s brand
- Booth displays must remain within the assigned 10′ x 10′ footprint
- Merchants may not substantially alter their approved product assortment without prior approval
- Electric Works reserves the right to provide reasonable direction regarding booth presentation to maintain the overall event aesthetic
MERCHANT FEES
10′ x 10′ Booth: $200
Electricity Add-On: $25
Booth fees will be due upon acceptance and are required to secure your space.
